We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead large-scale EPC/APC construction projects involving mechanical systems, plant engineering, piping, equipment installation, fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning activities.
The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution from engineering coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and project handover while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of mechanical EPC/APC construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Ensure project execution aligns with contractual scope, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project cost, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee mechanical erection activities including piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, structural interfaces, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, site safety policies, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct project review meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Review engineering drawings, method statements, work procedures, and project documentation.
- Supervise subcontractor performance and vendor coordination.
- Support procurement and expediting activities for critical materials and equipment.
- Ensure timely project commissioning, punch point closure, and final handover.
- Lead claim management, variation orders, and contract administration activities.
- Mentor site engineers, project engineers, and construction teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–18+ years of experience in EPC/APC construction projects.
- Strong experience in industrial plants, oil & gas, power plants, steel plants, process industries, refinery, petrochemical, cement, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of handling large construction sites and multidisciplinary project teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹116,000.00 per month
