We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting our products or services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to explain products or services.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or sales tools.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
