Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will lead the front-of-house team, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, drive sales, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure efficient service.
* Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, including captains, waiters, bartenders, and hosts.
* Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and beverage service.
* Monitor staff performance and maintain high service standards.
* Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
* Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local statutory regulations.
* Monitor sales, prepare daily reports, and achieve revenue targets.
* Plan and execute promotions, special events, and seasonal menus in coordination with management.
* Maintain cleanliness, ambience, and overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel food & beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations, bar operations, inventory control, and POS systems.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of English is essential; Malayalam and Hindi are an added advantage.
