Job Description
We are hiring experienced US Healthcare Recruiters for our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, follow-ups, and end-to-end recruitment for clinical and allied healthcare roles.
Responsibilities
Source and screen healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements
Work on roles such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, Therapy, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, and Respiratory Therapy
Review resumes, licenses, certifications, availability, pay expectations, and work eligibility
Coordinate candidate submissions, interview schedules, follow-ups, and onboarding support
Maintain candidate records, submissions, and updates in CEIPAL or ATS
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience required
Experience working on nursing, allied health, therapy, pharmacy, lab, or imaging roles preferred
Knowledge of healthcare licenses, certifications, compliance, and staffing process preferred
Strong sourcing, screening, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills required
Experience with job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, MSP, or VMS platforms preferred
