We are seeking a highly disciplined, vigilant, and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. This position is exclusively open to retired Army personnel (Ex-Servicemen) who possess a strong sense of duty, integrity, and operational excellence.As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding our personnel, property, and assets. Your military background will be instrumental in maintaining a secure environment, managing risk, and leading emergency response protocols with precision and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Surveillance & Protection: Maintain physical security by patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems (CCTV), and controlling access points for visitors and vehicles.
- Incident Management: Respond immediately to emergencies, security breaches, alarms, and medical situations. Direct evacuation procedures calmly and efficiently if required.
- Leadership & Support: Supervise contract security guards, assign duties, and ensure all team members strictly adhere to company security policies.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential security vulnerabilities, safety hazards, or breaches, and report them to management with actionable recommendations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handovers with clear, concise, and professional documentation.
- Liaison: Coordinate and maintain positive relationships with local law enforcement, fire departments, and medical emergency services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Military Experience: Must be a retired/honourably discharged personnel from the Army (Ex-Servicemen). Please bring your discharge book/service records for the interview.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Army graduation certificates accepted).
- Physical Fitness: Must maintain a high standard of physical fitness, sharpness, and mental alertness.
- Skills: Strong crisis management, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Communication: Fluent in Odia,Hindi & English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy for logging reports and managing digital security systems is preferred.
- Clean Record: Impeccable integrity with no criminal record and an exemplary military conduct record.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
