Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Plant Supervisor (Preferred local Person)to oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain safety standards, and manage plant staff efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant operations and production activities
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain Diesel usage
- Maintain dispatch
- Manage and guide plant workers and operators
- Prepare production reports and maintain records
- Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials
- Handle shift planning and workforce scheduling
Required Skills

Qualifications
Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in plant/production supervision preferred
