Requirements, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–15 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial products sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to dynamic market conditions.

- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and dealers.
- Plan and execute sales strategies.
- Approve customer-specific sales plans within defined limits.
Customer Base Expansion
- Identify and onboard new customers and dealers.
- Conduct potential mapping and develop extraction plans.
- Recommend and finalize dealer appointments based on market analysis.
Market Intelligence
- Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market trends.
- Share insights with internal teams for strategic planning.
- Suggest changes to sales approach based on competitor analysis.
Key Account Management
- Work closely with identified key accounts to build brand preference.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients.
- Customize engagement plans for key accounts.
- Escalate strategic account issues to leadership.
Network Expansion
- Expand dealer network based on territory potential.
- Ensure proper coverage and service levels across the region.
- Recommend new dealer locations and support onboarding process.
