Job Title: Project Executive – PMC

The Project Executive – PMC will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple ongoing projects across mining, infrastructure, and industrial operations within the organization. The role requires strong technical understanding, project management skills, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and execution of multiple projects under PMC framework
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a link between management, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Conduct regular meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders
3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions
4. Technical & Site Supervision
- Visit project sites for supervision and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution
- Track work completion and certify bills (if required)
- Ensure contract compliance
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper project documentation (drawings, reports, approvals)
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
- Assist in audits and inspections
7. Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Assist in cost estimation and control measures
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Key Skills Required
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of mining / infrastructure / industrial projects
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- LLB/B.E./B.Tech in Mining / Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- MBA (Project Management) – Preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in project execution / PMC / site coordination
- Experience in mining or industrial projects is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
