Job Overview
Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support the promotion of solar power systems in Alappuzha and nearby areas. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential residential and commercial customers for solar power systems
- Provide technical explanation of solar solutions, system capacity, and benefits
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required
- Prepare basic system proposals and assist in project discussions
- Coordinate with installation and engineering teams for project execution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Support achievement of monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years experience in technical sales / solar sales / engineering sales
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits
Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance incentives
- Travel allowance for field visits
