Job Description – Electrical / Production Engineer
Position: Electrical Engineer / Production Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years (Factory/Manufacturing Experience)
Location: Madhya Pradesh (Preference for candidates whose family is located within MP)
Industry: Cable Manufacturing Industry
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Production Engineering
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma holders with relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered for selected positions
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Engineering
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Coordinate and manage shop-floor manpower for smooth production operations.
- Ensure adherence to production processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Track production efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement productivity enhancement initiatives to optimize output and reduce wastage.
- Prepare production reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of production-related issues.
Electrical Engineering
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Support production teams in maintaining efficient plant operation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
