Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to handle customer queries over calls. This is a night shift role with pick-up and drop cab facility provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Accurately log call information and follow up on pending cases.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Adhere to call handling scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Languages: Fluent spoken English and Hindi is mandatory
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and typing skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹490,099.22 per year
