Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute high-quality events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution while delivering an exceptional attendee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end corporate, promotional, and branded events.
- Develop event concepts, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners for smooth event delivery.
- Manage venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, décor, transportation, and event staffing.
- Oversee on-ground event operations and resolve issues in real time.
- Track budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyze outcomes, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all events align with Tamada Media's brand standards and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing media, entertainment, influencer, or corporate events.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with event management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
