Responsibility:
- Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure all work aligns with approved blueprints, engineering standards, and building codes.
- Conduct routine inspections on materials (e.g., steel, concrete) and structural elements to verify they meet industry specifications and prevent defects.
- Interpret detailed technical drawings and layout, plot, and manage construction lines and levels.
- Estimate material quantities, coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, and monitor the inflow and usage of raw materials.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to prevent scheduling conflicts and delays.
- Maintain detailed site diaries, compile progress reports, and keep records of casting work and daily labor attendance.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.tech/Deploma civil
- Experience: Minimum 1 year. Freshers also can be apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
