Job Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and support for ITOM & TSOM solutions
- Manage CMDB governance and data accuracy
- Configure and support Event Management and Operational Intelligence
- Handle Service Mapping and infrastructure monitoring
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams for solution delivery
- Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow platform performance
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM/TSOM
- Strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Experience leading enterprise-level implementations
- Good communication and leadership skills
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
