Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused ERPNext - Pre-Sales Specialist to
bridge business requirements with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work
closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to understand client business processes, conduct
product demonstrations, prepare solution proposals, and support the complete pre-sales
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with prospective clients to understand business processes, challenges, and
requirements.
● Conduct discovery sessions and requirement-gathering workshops.
● Deliver customized ERPNext product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
● Map business requirements to ERPNext functionalities and identify customization
requirements where necessary.
● Prepare solution documents, proposals, presentations, and effort estimations in
collaboration with technical teams.
● Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires.
● Coordinate with ERP Functional consultants, developers, and project managers
during solution design.
● Support the Sales team during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
● Demonstrate industry best practices and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
● Maintain demo environments and showcase new ERPNext features.
● Stay updated with ERPNext releases, modules, and industry trends
Skills Required
● Strong understanding of ERP modules such as: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory,
Manufacturing, Accounting, HR & Payroll, Projects in ERPNext or other ERP
Solutions.
● Excellent business process analysis and requirement-gathering skills.
● Strong presentation and communication skills.
● Ability to conduct client-facing product demonstrations.
● Experience preparing functional solution documents and proposals.
● Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle.
● Understanding of workflows, automation, and business process optimization.
● Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
● Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering,
Information Technology, or a related field.
● Experience with ERPNext or other ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft
Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
● Functional ERP consulting experience is highly preferred.
● ERPNext/Frappe certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
