About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head to lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function of our HVAC business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, accounting operations, taxation, compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the company.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor project-wise costing, profitability, and financial performance of HVAC projects.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Manage working capital, vendor payments, and client receivables.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in project accounting and costing will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
