About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing HR consultancy team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development, lead generation, client outreach, digital marketing, and brand promotion within the recruitment and HR services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
* Assist in identifying and generating potential business leads.
* Support the sales team in client outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
* Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and industry trends.
* Help create and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
* Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
* Maintain and update CRM and lead databases.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
* Assist in social media content creation and employer branding initiatives.
* Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Requirements :
* Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.
* Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take initiative.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
