Hiring: Sales Coordinator (Manufacturing Industry)
Experience: 3–10 Years
Location: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel.
- Ensure strong follow-up with customers, distributors, and internal teams for enquiries, quotations, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales targets, pending orders, and customer requirements, and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the sales team with documentation, reports, and day-to-day operational activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM and MIS reporting.
- Excellent command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Basic Formulas).
- Outstanding coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong personality with the ability to handle and coordinate a sales team effectively.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Experience in a Manufacturing/B2B industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate: A proactive professional who can drive coordination across departments, ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accurate sales data, and support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,256.38 per month
