Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an Inbound Banking Process (DBS IB). The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through inbound calls.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Freshers or Graduates with a minimum of 6 months experience (on paper)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Versant score required (minimum qualifying level as per process)
Salary
- In-hand Salary: ₹20,500 per month
- CTC: ₹25,000 per annum
Shift Details
- Day Shift (9 working hours)
- Boys: Flexible between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Girls: Flexible between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Night Shift (for boys only): 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (applicable after 6 months, for 15 days only)
Work Schedule
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
