Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Delivery & Instruction
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct theory and practical sessions on topics including Fashion Illustration, Pattern Making, Garment Construction, and Textile Science.

- Mentorship: Guide students in developing their original fashion collections and final portfolios.

- Project Supervision: Facilitate hands-on workshops and studio-based projects to enhance practical skills.
2. Student Evaluation & Support
- Assessment: Regularly evaluate assignments, internal tests, and project work; provide constructive feedback.
- Monitoring: Track student progress and attendance, ensuring they meet the required learning outcomes.
- Career Guidance: Assist students with industry exposure, internships, and placement preparation.
3. Administrative & Event Management
- Content Development: Assist in updating syllabus modules and creating engaging lesson plans.
- Event Coordination: Actively participate in organizing annual fashion shows, exhibitions, and design awards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field (B.Des / M.Des / NIFT graduates preferred).

- Expertise in Draping, Pattern Making, and Garment Construction.
- Strong hand-sketching and Fashion Illustration skills.
