Job Overview:
Singh Empire is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hotel Operations Manager (Property Head) to oversee the complete operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining hospitality standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
The candidate will act as the operational leader of the property and will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Kitchen, Maintenance, Security, and Administration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage department heads and ensure effective team performance.
- Oversee restaurant and food operations with focus on quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and cost-control measures.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure a premium guest experience.
- Develop and implement SOPs for efficient hotel functioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Support business growth through improved service quality and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Experience managing a full-service hotel property preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments independently.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in new hotel openings or pre-opening operations is an advantage.
- Ability to build systems and lead teams in a growing hospitality environment.
