Objective: - A Hospital General Manager (GM) is a senior executive responsible for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance of a healthcare facility. They bridge top-level management with medical staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, quality of care, staffing, and patient experience to ensure profitability and high-quality service
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Manage daily hospital functions, including clinical (OPD, IPD, Diagnostics) and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth patient workflows.
Financial Management
Develop and oversee annual budgets, monitor P&L (Profit & Loss), manage revenue cycles, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditations (e.g., NABH, JCI).
Strategic Planning
Define long-term goals for growth, market position, and service enhancements.
Staff Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage department heads and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative culture
Patient Experience & PR
Maintain high standards of patient care, handle complaints, and manage external stakeholder relationships.
Risk Management
Lead crisis management, business continuity planning, and resolve medico-legal issues
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or Business Administration (MBA).
Experience: Previous experience in hospital management or senior administrative roles is essential.
Key Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, decision-making, analytical skills, and proficient understanding of healthcare software and laws
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
