About the Role
Bandhan Skills is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote skill development and vocational training programs in and around Patna. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with field work, and possess a passion for connecting with students, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Promote the organization's skill development and vocational training programs.
· Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, tutorials, NGOs, and local communities to generate leads.
· Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
· Organize admission campaigns, awareness programs, seminars, and promotional activities.
· Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and local influencers.
· Achieve monthly admission and lead generation targets.
· Maintain daily activity reports, visit reports, and follow-up records.
· Coordinate with the Centre team to ensure smooth admission and enrollment processes.
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Education, or Skill Development.
· Freshers with excellent communication and field marketing aptitude may also apply.
· Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
· Must be willing to travel extensively within Patna and nearby areas.
Preferred Candidate
· Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
