Position Details
· Position: Supervisor – Warehouse
· Level: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager
· Department: Warehouse & Logistics
· Location: Bangalore (Plant / Warehouse)
· Reporting To: Warehouse Manager
Role Purpose
· Own and control end-to-end stores operations ensuring inventory accuracy, system integrity, and uninterrupted material flow to production.
· Act as a key control point for stock visibility, audit compliance, and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation.
· Control GRN process with strict adherence to timelines and documentation.
· Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance across all materials.
· Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment actions.
· Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality for seamless operations.

· GRN TAT (Turnaround Time)
· Stock Variance
· Production Line Feed Adherence
· Audit Compliance Score
Skills & Competencies
· Strong ERP expertise (SAP/QAD)

Experience & Qualification
· Diploma / Graduate (Supply Chain preferred)
· 7–10 years in warehouse/stores in manufacturing environment
