Need Staff ,who provides direct, comprehensive patient care in hospital. Can assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and families to promote recovery and ensure safety.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conducting initial assessments, monitoring vitals, and providing bedside care, including hygiene and nutrition.
- Clinical Procedures: Administering medications, IVs, injections, dressing wounds, and assisting with clinical tests or procedures.
- Care Planning & Coordination: Implementing care plans and collaborating with doctors and healthcare teams to coordinate treatment.
- Documentation: Updating patient records regarding symptoms, medication, and progress.
- Education & Support: Educating patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Equipment Management: Operating and sterilizing medical equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing ).
- Licensure: Current, valid state nursing license and passing the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS certification often required.
- Experience: Previous clinical experience in an hospital or acute care setting is often preferred.
