We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to lead our coffee operations atThe Burgery In. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining consistency, and guiding junior staff while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverages to a high standard
- Supervise and train junior baristas and new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area
- Ensure all coffee equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies
- Monitor quality control and consistency in beverage preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista (1–3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff
- Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
