Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Support team members in resolving customer and operational issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Track team productivity and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with managers to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Identify training needs and support the development of team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Guide and support team members in converting leads into successful closures
- while ensuring the achievement of individual and team targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Team Handling
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
