Job Summary
Winsol Hybrid Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Engineer Freshers who are eager to build a career in the power and renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical fundamentals and a willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and work on real-time engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical system design, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently.
- Learn and work on power systems, hybrid energy solutions, and related technologies.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, machines, and power systems.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Internship or academic project experience in electrical or renewable energy will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
