Product – market analysis (car applications)
- Design definition, standards, drawings check -
Prototype launch + follow up
Type approval requirements (calculations)
Organization / coordination
Reverse engineering, based on scanned data.
Benchmarking studies.
Good Knowledge of GD& T and detailing standards.
Knowledge in NX or any CAD tools (3D Part, Surface, Assembly, Surface and Detailing)
Manufacturing knowledge associated to sheet metal, Weldments, Plastics, castings, toolings & Machining
Good in reading & interpreting complex Manufacturing / Assembly drawings.
SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
New product development, Benchmarking, VAVE, DFMEA, Type approval
MUST REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience in Automotive New product development.
