Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging User-Generated Content (UGC) for brand promotion across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Appear confidently on camera to demonstrate, review, and promote the brand's products and services.
- Conceptualize and execute creative video ideas aligned with the brand's objectives and ongoing campaigns.
- Develop short-form content including Reels, product demonstrations, unboxing videos, testimonials, tutorials, and trend-based videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand campaign requirements and content expectations.
- Coordinate with the design and editing teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and audience preferences to create relevant content.
- Ensure that all content reflects the brand's tone, values, and visual identity.
- Participate in photoshoots, promotional campaigns, and product launches whenever required.
- Assist in ideating content calendars and contribute innovative ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- Comfortable and confident speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
- Excellent verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, lighting, and editing tools is preferred.
- Prior experience as a UGC Creator, Content Creator, Influencer, Anchor, or similar role will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Passion for creating authentic and engaging brand-focused content.
Preferred Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing previous UGC videos, social media content, or on-camera work.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Videos.
- Knowledge of basic mobile editing applications such as CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar tools.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
