Quality Assurance Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality documentation, customer compliance requirements, CAPA reports, and technical documentation related to food and organic ingredients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Certificates of Analysis (COA) for customer shipments.
- Handle Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports and ensure timely closure.
- Complete customer questionnaires, supplier assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Sales teams regarding customer quality requirements.
- Maintain quality records and documentation as per company procedures.
- Review laboratory reports including microbiological, pesticide, heavy metal, ETO, MOSH/MOAH, and other analytical reports.
- Support audits related to BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Organic, Kosher, Halal, and customer-specific requirements.
- Follow up on customer complaints, non-conformities, investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Food, Nutraceutical, Organic, Spice, Ingredient, or Agricultural Products industry.
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, COA preparation, HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Experience handling customer questionnaires, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IFS, Organic Certification, Kosher, Halal, or Export Documentation.
- Understanding of analytical reports, food regulations, and international customer requirements.
Location Preference
Preference will be given to candidates residing within 50 km of Siddhpur, Gujarat. Candidates from North Gujarat, including Siddhpur, Patan, Unjha, Mehsana, Visnagar, Palanpur, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
