Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB implementation and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the CMDB while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and seamless integration with the organization's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Configure CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CSDM.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, integrity, and governance through best practices.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Asset Management teams.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
- Analyze business requirements and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve CMDB-related issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and architecture documentation.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB implementation.
- Knowledge of CSDM, CI Class Manager, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations Management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (Preferred).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
