JOB DESCRIPTION – ARCHITECT

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring that designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and architectural concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp and develop realistic presentations using Lumion or similar software.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, interior, and site teams.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical architectural solutions.
- Attend client meetings and explain plans, designs, and revisions.
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and Site Engineer to ensure execution is as per approved drawings.
- Visit project sites whenever required to verify design implementation and resolve architectural queries.
- Prepare drawings required for approvals and construction execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
- Incorporate client feedback and manage design iterations within the project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and issued within the agreed timelines.
- Support the team in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and construction details wherever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion.
- Understanding of residential construction and building practices.
- Knowledge of architectural planning, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on multiple residential projects simultaneously.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / equivalent qualification.
- Experience in residential architecture and construction will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical skills and good design knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
