Inside Sales Executive – GCC

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive with strong expertise in B2B Lead Generation and the GCC (Global Capability Centres) / Captives market in India.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete lead-generation process, including account research, prospect identification, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and meeting setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from the GCC / Captives market in India.
- Conduct account and contact research for target companies.
- Execute outbound outreach through emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework – Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline.
- Set up meetings between qualified prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain lead and account data in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Achieve a target of 3 qualified leads per month.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation experience.
- Mandatory experience targeting GCCs / Captives in India.
- Experience in end-to-end lead generation for IT Services / Technology companies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Experience using CRM and mass-emailing tools.
- Strong understanding of BANT lead qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a service-based company is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: Experience in IT Services or QA / Software Testing industry.
Work Location
- Bangalore – Work from Office
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
