We are looking for an confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers professionally, generating leads, explaining services/products, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company services/products clearly to customers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and conversion
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
