Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual counseling sessions.
- Understand candidate backgrounds, career goals, and learning objectives.
- Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs and career pathways.
- Program Advisory & Admissions Support
- Explain course curriculum, learning outcomes, schedules, eligibility, and career support services.
- Help students understand program value and long-term career benefits.
- Guide candidates through application, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Follow-Ups & Conversion Management
- Maintain structured follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Address queries and support decision-making through consultative discussions.
- Convert qualified inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Track lead stages, counseling outcomes, and admission progress.
- Share regular updates on pipeline and enrollment status.
- Collaboration & Student Experience
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams to improve admissions outcomes.
- Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and information events when required.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every prospective student.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech admissions, academic counseling, inside sales, or B2C advisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Comfortable interacting with students and working professionals daily.
Ability to understand candidate needs and guide decisions professionally.
Experience using CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
Target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
