Job Summary
We are hiring Graduate Freshers and Experienced Professionals for multiple banking processes supporting IDFC FIRST Bank. Open Positions1. Outbound Sales Executive (Thane)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell banking products through outbound calls.
- Acquire new customers for banking products.
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets.

2. EMI Collections Executive (Juinagar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue payments.
- Explain and convert outstanding dues into EMI plans.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure timely recovery.
3. Loan on Credit Card (LOC) Sales Executive (Juinagar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer personal loans to existing credit card customers.
- Explain loan features and benefits.
- Drive sales through outbound calling.
4. Credit Card Activation Executive (Juinagar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers for credit card activation.
- Guide customers through the activation process.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience.
5. Customer Retention Executive (Juinagar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers planning to cancel their credit cards.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates with experience in BPO, Banking, Sales, Collections, Insurance, or BFSI are preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Maximum age: 32 years.
Salary
- Graduate Freshers: ₹18,000 take-home per month
- BPO Experience (1–5 years): ₹22,000–₹28,000 take-home per month
- Banking Sales Experience (1–5 years): ₹28,000–₹30,000 take-home per month
- Insurance Experience (1–5 years): Up to ₹35,000 take-home per month
Final salary will depend on experience, interview performance, and role offered.
Shift Details
- Fixed Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Hours: 8 hours + 1-hour break
Weekly Off
- Sunday fixed off.
- Alternate Saturdays off (2nd & 4th Saturdays) depending on the process.
- Bank holidays applicable.
- Some Saturdays may be working based on business requirements.
Transportation
Kasarvadavli, Thane
- Pick-up and drop facility from Thane, Kalyan, and Panvel stations.
Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
- Pick-up and drop facility from Juinagar, Kalyan, and Panvel stations.
