Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
2. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Diagnose and resolve equipment failures while conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
4. Recommend and implement system improvements, upgrades, and cost-saving measures.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
6. Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory of critical spare parts.
7. Maintain accurate maintenance records, generate performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience:
10 20 years, with 2 3 years in leadership roles in continuous process plants
Additional Skills:
1. CMMS/SAP knowledge, strong technical problem-solving
2. Inventory control and team management capabilities
3. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
