Job Description – Lead Generation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and own a qualified lead pipeline for Consumer Promotions, GWP campaigns, and AR engagement solutions.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand brand objectives, promotion goals, target consumers, budgets, and timelines.
- Research, fetch, and analyze data on brands, categories, ongoing promotions, and market trends to identify high-intent prospects.
- Identify and prospect brands across FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, BFSI, E-commerce, QSR, and New-age Consumer Brands.
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Map and engage key decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Trade Marketing & Growth Teams).
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, insights sharing, and value-led conversations until sales readiness.
- Track opportunities across Rewards, Consumer Promotions, Loyalty & AR activations, ensuring visibility and momentum.
Skills Required
- 0–2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / Business Development (Marketing, Promotions, Rewards, Creative Tech or MarTech background preferred)
- Strong English communication (verbal & written) with hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, discovery conversations & objection handling.
- Excellent research, data mining & lead intelligence skills with the ability to build qualified pipelines (not just databases).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Excel & account mapping with strong social selling and lead nurturing approach.
- Ability to understand brand marketing challenges (Consumer Promotions, GWP, Rewards & Loyalty Programs) and convert them into opportunity-driven conversations; collaborative team player with ownership mind-set.
