Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Inspections:Conducting regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports.
- Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving quality issues, defects, and discrepancies in construction activities.
- Compliance:Ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Training:Providing training to construction teams on quality procedures and standards.
- Communication:Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders on quality issues and progress.
- Reporting:Preparing and presenting reports on quality performance and issues to management.
- Method Statement Review:Reviewing and approving Method Statements to ensure they incorporate necessary quality control measures.
- Inspection Test Plan (ITP) Review:Reviewing and approving Inspection and Test Plans to ensure proper execution of inspections and tests.
- Non-Conformity Report (NCR) Management:Managing and closing non-conformance reports to ensure issues are addressed.
- Material Quality:Ensuring the quality of materials used in construction projects by reviewing specifications, conducting tests, and managing storage and preservation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
