Job Title: CRM Head – Real Estate
Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

We are seeking an experienced CRM Head to lead customer relationship management for residential real estate projects, ensuring exceptional customer experience from booking to possession and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CRM and customer service team.
- Oversee customer lifecycle management, collections, possession, and post-sales support.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and process improvements.
- Monitor CRM performance, customer feedback, and service standards.
Requirements:
- 8–15 years of CRM experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong expertise in customer lifecycle management, collections, and possession processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
