About the role
White Collar Realty is hiring an experienced Email and WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns for our Gurgaon and Dubai real estate divisions. This position is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in real estate marketing. The candidate must understand property buyers, investors, lead nurturing and the longer sales cycle involved in real estate. Freshers and candidates without relevant real estate marketing experience should not apply.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for Gurgaon and Dubai properties.
- Create campaigns for launches, project updates, price revisions, inventory, payment plans, events, exhibitions and investment opportunities.
- Write persuasive subject lines, email copy, WhatsApp messages and calls to action.
- Segment databases by location, budget, project interest, buyer type, investment objective and engagement level.
- Create separate campaigns for fresh leads, active prospects, cold data, existing clients, investors, NRIs and past buyers.
- Build automated lead-nurturing journeys and follow-up sequences.
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with sales, design, content and management teams.
- Create and test templates, creatives, buttons, links and landing-page messages.
- Manage bulk campaigns using approved email and WhatsApp marketing platforms.
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, opens, clicks, replies, conversions, unsubscribes and bounces.
- Track WhatsApp delivery, read, response, opt-out and conversion rates.
- A/B test subject lines, content, creatives, offers, sending times and calls to action.
- Integrate campaign responses and lead activity with the company CRM.
- Re-engage inactive leads without excessive or irrelevant messaging.
- Maintain clean, segmented and duplicate-free databases.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements based on data and sales feedback.
- Follow consent, opt-out, platform and data-privacy requirements while protecting company and client data.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on email and WhatsApp marketing experience in real estate.
- Experience marketing residential, commercial, luxury or investment properties.
- Understanding of real estate leads, buyer behaviour and sales funnels.
- Strong persuasive copywriting and English communication skills.
- Experience with email automation, database segmentation and drip campaigns.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, WhatsApp Business API or approved bulk-messaging platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems and campaign-management tools.
- Understanding of domain reputation, spam prevention, bounce management and deliverability.
- Ability to analyse campaign metrics and improve conversions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience promoting Gurgaon luxury real estate or Dubai/UAE properties.
- Experience marketing to HNI, NRI or investor audiences.
- Familiarity with AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns or similar tools.
- Experience with Meta-approved WhatsApp templates and API-based campaigns.
- Understanding of landing pages, UTM tracking, Google Analytics and lead attribution.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Demonstrable results from previous real estate campaigns.
