Reporting To: Production Manager
We are looking for a Quality Control Intern to support quality checks, maintain product standards, and assist in ensuring compliance with internal quality processes. The intern will work closely with the production and operations teams to monitor product quality and documentation.
- Assist in conducting quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods

Support monitoring of hygiene, quality, and food safety standards in production areas

Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation accurately

Help track product deviations and report quality concerns to the team

Assist in sample collection, testing, and recording observations

Support implementation of SOPs and quality control procedures

Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards

Participate in audits and compliance-related activities when required

Help maintain cleanliness and quality compliance in production/storage areas

Pursuing or completed B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related fields

Basic understanding of quality control and food safety standards preferred

Good attention to detail and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
