Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate appointments for skin, laser, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
- Counsel prospective patients regarding treatment benefits, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Follow up with new leads, existing inquiries, and missed appointments to maximize conversions.
- Build trust with patients by understanding their concerns and recommending suitable consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and appointment status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.
- Respond to WhatsApp, website, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
