Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of a native Android application built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. The successful candidate will own the complete Android codebase, developing and maintaining content, authentication, subscriptions, media playback, in-app purchases, analytics, advertising, and AI-powered user experiences. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will integrate with backend REST APIs, ensure high-quality application performance, and drive successful Google Play Store releases.

- Design, develop, and maintain a native Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Integrate backend REST APIs for content delivery, authentication, subscriptions, paywalls, weather, podcasts, and gaming features.
- Implement secure authentication, user access control, and subscription management.
- Develop and enhance key user experiences, including content feeds, digital publications, multimedia playback, push notifications, and offline reading capabilities.
- Integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, notifications, and digital publishing functionality.
- Build AI-powered user experiences, including personalized feeds, content recommendations, summaries, and preference management.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, accessibility, and support for modern Android UI standards.
- Implement in-app purchases and subscription workflows in compliance with Google Play Store guidelines.
- Develop and maintain automated tests and participate in Agile development processes.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including testing, release management, and Google Play Store deployment.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
