Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Accounting Outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our accounting outsourcing services across international markets.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in service-based B2B business development, preferably in outsourcing or financial services industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for accounting outsourcing services.
- Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and offer customized outsourcing solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target industries, and growth opportunities in international markets.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, pricing models, and service agreements for potential clients.
- Coordinate with operations and accounting teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of client services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Represent the company at business networking events, conferences, webinars, and industry-related exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and business development reports with accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for branding, lead generation campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with company goals.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Knowledge of Accounting Outsourcing / KPO / BPO services is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.
- Understanding of international business development processes is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling accounting outsourcing services.
- Exposure to UK or Australia accounting markets will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
