Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, identifying future hiring needs and leveraging diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Management: Write compelling job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and manage the entire candidate lifecycle within the ATS.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand staffing requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
- Offer & Negotiation: Extend job offers, manage the negotiation process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Reporting & Compliance: Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-of-hire) and ensure adherence to labor
