Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk activities and provide administrative support. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, be able to speak Hindi fluently, and handle courier and dispatch activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage appointments and maintain visitor records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and dispatches.
- Coordinate with courier agencies and maintain courier tracking records.
- Perform data entry and maintain office documents.
- Manage emails and basic correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage).
- Ability to speak and understand Hindi.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain records accurately.
- Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Intermediate.
- Previous experience in reception or front office administration is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
