We are hiring a Telecaller for our Lucknow office to handle calling-related work and support day-to-day communication with leads/customers. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, confidence on calls, and a professional approach toward follow-ups and coordination.
->Key Responsibilities
Make calls to leads/customers as assigned
Handle follow-up calls and maintain regular communication
Explain basic information clearly over calls
Coordinate with the internal team regarding call updates and responses
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups as required
->Requirements
-3–12 months of experience in telecalling / calling / customer communication roles preferred
-Good Hindi communication skills
-Confidence in speaking on calls and handling follow-ups
-Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records / updates
-Must be comfortable working from office in Lucknow
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
