Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Insurance Advisory team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain insurance products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings/callbacks for advisors.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
